Daikin Hungary office

Oriental motifs

The Hungarian office of the well-established Japanese air conditioner manufacturing company, Daikin, has been called into life as a playful yet complex hub. It meets the space requirements of customer relations, team building and educational activities and purposes. During the design process we have combined variety with dynamism: social spaces, phone-free silent zones, custom made modular office furniture – all of these make the interior of 650 squaremeters lively. Hints of Japanese origin are communicated softly through fine design tools and detais, such as the bespoke floor carpet reminiscent of the black joints of the tatami, wooden coverings or acoustic room dividers. The planning process coincided with the time of the pandemic, hence we responded to the suddenly changed demands for workplaces with striking solutions.
